Our world is becoming more and more globalized.
Wherever you look, theres exotic flowers, bananas in the winter, rare chinese silk, and foreign spices. We have all
of this and so much more because of globalization. The Center for Ecomnomic and Policy Research defines globalization as "An
increase in trade and capital flows across national borders." Globalization is the linking together of countries and cultures
through increasing world trade. Although in some cases globalization is a good thing, the way it affects the environment
is not one of them. Because of globalization there has been an increase in air, water, and soil pollution.
